Q: How long does it take to complete a custom project?

A: We ship your order within 10 to 12 days after you finalize it. Developing custom artwork requires 1 to 3 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. If you have a particular delivery date you need, let us know from the beginning and we will do everything needed to meet your deadline.

Q: Can I choose a signature design but have you typeset the names instead?

A: Any of our designs can be adapted for signatures or typeset names. We show examples and we are ‘all about’ customizing our designs based on your preferences.

Q: Does it cost more to print on the front and the back?

A: Yes it does. Pricing is based on several variables, including number of print locations, number of printed colors, number of shirts purchased, and type of shirt desired. The larger the quantity purchased, the better your price.

Q: Is shipping extra?

A: No, our prices include UPS ground freight to your destination.

Q: Do you offer tally and individual packaging services?

A: Yes, we do and there is a nominal fee for this service; it adds a week to the delivery date.

Q: What happens if we have a new student enroll before our shirts are printed?

A: We will gladly edit your proof right up until the time your order is printed.  Contact us immediately and we will add this new student!
